Jalama Beach Cafe “Wine Maker Dinners” are served from 4:00 p.m. until closing time, which
is 9:00 (more or less). The Wine Maker Dinner menu is a collaboration of the wine maker &  the
Cafe Chef, who sit down together and tailor each course to each of the different wines we will
be pouring. Each course is served at your leisure, so you can take your time and enjoy the food,
the wines, and your company.

The Wine makers are here to pour & discuss the different wines we will be serving, and to
answer any questions you may have. The regular menu is also available for those who prefer
something different, and the wine tasting is available without the four course meal for $19.00
per person.

The dinners are casual & fun, and the food is Five Star!!!

first course:
'05 Pinot Gris, with a bay shrimp cocktail and gazpacho salsa
second course:
'06 Chardonnay served with classic french onion soup topped with french bread
croutons and aged swiss cheese.
third course:
'05 Pinot Noir and panko encrusted chicken breast stuffed with wild mushrooms and
spinach, topped with sherry cream sauce, sides of roasted garlic yukon gold mashed
potatoes and a medley of fresh fall root vegetables.
fourth course:
'03 Syrah and mixed berry chocolate trifle and spiced whip cream.
