Summerland Winery Dinner Menu
first course
2006 Sauvignon Blanc served with a goat cheese and spinach salad with shitake mushroom, red
onion and bacon pieces and tossed with a warm black cherry vinaigrette dressing.
second course
2005 Chardonnay served with rustic portobello mushroom and roasted garlic soup.
third course
2005 Syrah served with Steak Dianne, a choice Black Angus top sirloin steak  topped with a brandy,
green peppercorn & dijon demi glaze, a twice baked bleu cheese & chives potato, and fresh deep
fried zucchini.
fourth course
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon served with a warm boysenberry, walnut & white chocolate bread pudding
topped with fresh spiced  whipped cream & melba sauce.
Jalama Beach Cafe “Wine Maker Dinners” are served from 5:00 p.m. until closing time, which is 9:00
(more or less). The Wine Maker Dinner menu is a collaboration of the wine maker &  the Cafe Chef,
who sit down together and tailor each course to each of the different wines we will be pouring. Each
course is served at your leisure, so you can take your time and enjoy the food, the wines, and your
company.

The Wine makers are here to pour & discuss the different wines we will be serving, and to answer any
questions you may have. The regular menu is also available for those who prefer something different,
and the wine tasting is available without the four course meal for $19.00 per person.

The dinners are casual & fun, and the food is Five Star!!!
