First Course - 2007 Santa Barbara County Chardonnay
served with prosciutto wrapped tiger prawns

Second Course - 2008 Pinot Noir Vin Gris served  with
spring greens & strawberry salad with Vin Gris vinagrette

Third course  - 2007 Santa Rita Pinot Noir with spinach, bleu cheese & dried
cherry stuffed pork tenderlon & asparagus almondine

Fourth course  -- 2007 Late Harvest Chardonnay Botrytis
and creme brulee topped with candied almonds

are served from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 pm. Each course is served at your leisure so you can take your
time and enjoy the food, the wines and your company. The regular menu is available, or enjoy the
wine tasting only for $29.95 per person, or the four course meal without the wine for $29.95
