First Course...
2005 Savignon Blanc,
Tropical Salad with pan seared deep sea Scallops served on top of spring
greens, Jicama, papaya, avocado, and a Lime Mango vinaigrette dressing.  

Second Course...
2005 Chardonnay
served with Roasted Red Pepper Bisque Soup

Third Course...
2003 Syrah
served with prime cut, flame broiled & herb encrusted Flat Iron Steak
topped with Green peppercorn Syrah demi glaze with Rustic Purple
Potatoes & roasted Asparagus.

Fourth Course...
2002 Cabernet Savignon
served with Chocolate Fudge cake toped with warmed Cherry Compote
Jalama Beach Cafe "Wine Maker Dinners" are served from 4:00 p.m. until closing time,
which is 9:00 (more or less). The "Wine Maker Dinner" menu is a collaboration of the
wine maker & our Cafe Chef, who sit down together and tailor each course to each of
the different wines we will be pouring. Each course is served at your leisure, so you can
take your time and enjoy the food, the wines, and your company. The Wine makers are
here to pour & discuss the different wines we will be serving, and to answer any
questions you may have.
The regular menu is also available for those who prefer something different, and the
wine tasting is available without the four course meal for $19.00 per person.
The dinners are casual & fun, and the food is Five Star!!!
