Second Course, Chumeia Merlot & Tortellini salad topped with crumbled Feta cheese.
Third Course, Chumeia Cabernet Savignon & Grilled flank Steak, marinated in cabernet & stuffed
with bacon, Bleu cheese & garlic, served with potato au gratin and grilled artichoke
Fourth Course, Chumeia Chardonnay & Frozen Chardonnay Tropical Fruit Yogurt with a fresh orange

The Wine Maker Dinner menu is created with the wine maker to tailor each course to each of the different wines
we will be pouring. Each course is served at your leisure, so you can take your time and enjoy the food and the
wines. The regular menu is also available for those who prefer something different, and the wine tasting is available
without the four course meal for $19.95 per person, the dinner is available for $29.95 without the wine.
The dinners are casual & fun, and the food is Five Star!!!
