First Course 2009 Golden Bear Santa Barbara Chardonnay With apple, oak, vanilla, and tropical hints, this Chardonnay was Silver medal award winner at the 2011 San Francisco International Wine Competition. We are serving your Chardonnay with "The E Street Pear and Bleu Cheese Salad" a Jalama Beach Cafe favorite with fresh mixed greens, Danish Bleu cheese bosq pears, candied walnuts & julienne red pepper with our fresh, home made Champagne vinaigrette dressing. Second Course 2007 Golden Bear Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir Dark, dense and ruby red in color, heavy cherry and strawberry flavors with a nice, long finish. Served with Tiger Prawns in butter, fresh garlic and Pinot Noir demi-glaze on Jalama Beach Cafe rice pilaf. Main Course 2007 Golden Bear Santa Barbara County Syrah Bright and pleasant with traces of black pepper, light plum, and vanilla. Served with spicy lamb medallions seasoned with fresh rosemary, cumin, paprika, fresh ground black and cayenne peppers and drizzled with seasoned butter. Accompanied with a fresh veggy medley. Dessert 2004 Golden Bear Santa Barbara County Cabernet Port Red fruit flavors, especially dark red cherries surround this Cabernet Port.
